HELLO, I'M SARAH

Sarah is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist and a member of Speech Pathology Australia. 

​

She completed her Bachelor of Health Sciences and Master of Speech Pathology at La Trobe University in 2018. Prior to this, Sarah completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science at La Trobe University. 

​

Since graduating, Sarah has worked for the Victorian Department of Education, in the special education setting. She opened Word Play Paediatric Speech Pathology in 2024. 

​

When she isn't working as a Speech Pathologist, you'll find her at home with her two young daughters.

​

Sarah has additional training/qualifications in:

• Neurodiversity Affirming Practice

• Little Learners Love Literacy

• LEGO® Therapy

​

During sessions, you will also see Sarah utilising techniques including:

• Key Word Sign

• Cued Articulation

• Visuals to support language
